Terms & Conditions

The Services

We undertake property management on exclusive right to deal with respect to –

  • Commercial and Residential Purchase and Sale and
  • Rental for Exclusive Offices, Residences, Sites, Factories, Godowns, Beach Houses, Residential Bungalows, Apartments, Service Apartments and Showrooms

Our Charges:

  •           Rental – 1 month of the rental value
  •           Sale – 2% of the sale value
  •           Purchase – 1% of the purchase value
Ps: ** Taxes as applicable

Apart from identifying the properties on the above terms, our rich experience helps us in conducting smooth and hassle free transactions for our clients including MNC’s.

We have represented a number of NRI’s and clients from out of the country and have a complete understanding of the requisite laws and procedures.

We also provide additional services (at a separate cost) connected to the sale and purchase of the property like –

  • Drafting Sale Agreement and Sale Deed
  • Getting the Property Tax Assessment
  • Water supply sewage connection transferred in the name of the Purchaser
  • Patta transfers in the name of the Purchaser
  • Maintenance and Redevelopment of properties
